Making a Claim

It is easy. Simply follow these steps: - Call our claims line number 0844 576 2255 to speak to our claims manager. - When calling, make sure you have your policy number and personal details to hand.

- We will identify the nearest nominated repairer for you and can contribute £50 towards the cost of recovering your Caravan to be repaired, should you not have membership of a recovery organisation.

- Having assessed the problem, the repairer will deal directly with our claims department to progress your claim.
